Beck Federici | Senior HR/ER Consultant
Beck is a HR/People professional specialising in organisational transformation, performance, and leadership coaching.
With over 20 years of experience leading People and Culture functions, Beck has held a number of Director, General Manager, and Head of People roles internationally. Beginning her career in Sydney, Australia, Beck moved to London in 2005 where she became HR Manager for a family owned business conglomerate, providing commercial HR support to various retail and wholesale brands and central departments. In 2010, Beck moved to Hong Kong, taking on the roles of HR Director and acting COO before moving to New York in 2016 where she became the Regional Head of Operations for the same company. Beck returned to Australia in 2018 and has since taken on a range of People and Culture roles across sports, fashion, and retail.
Beck thrives on the opportunities presented by change and loves developing and motivating teams to achieve key business objectives while promoting diversity. Through her varied HR and operational roles, she has a wealth of experience providing support on complex HR and Employee Relations issues including scaling businesses, managing transitions and restructures, and contributing to global and regional business strategies.
As well as her extensive professional experience, Beck previously owned and operated a boutique accommodation business in Jervis Bay, NSW, giving her further insight into business operations, employee relations and the many challenges small business owners can face.
Beck lives in Bowral, NSW and is the proud mum to her son, Raf. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Employment Relations) from the University of Wollongong and is a Certified Professional Member of the Australian Human Resources Institute (CAHRI).
