Janet Tan has an employment law background and is a workplace investigator based in Melbourne.

With over a decade's experience, Janet is valued by clients as a strategic problem solver who provides advice on all aspects of the employment cycle and powers clients to navigate workplace issues with confidence.

Having acted for employees and employers and worked as an in-house lawyer at the national workplace relations tribunal, the Fair Work Commission, Janet has an in-depth knowledge of the employment relationship.

Janet has practised as a senior employment lawyer at the national peak employer association, the Australian Industry Group and award-winning specialist employment law firm, Justitia Lawyers and Consultants. Janet has also worked as an in-house employee relations advisor at ANZ Bank.

She now provides employment relations advice and conducts workplace investigations.
