Juhi McInerney | Senior HR/ER Consultant

Juhi is a seasoned senior HR/operations professional and training facilitator with a wealth of in-house and consultancy experience.  

Particularly passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion, Juhi has worked with various organisations to develop and implement diversity and inclusion strategies, empower employees to be open to change, update policies and procedures in line with industry trends, and project manage multiple national projects simultaneously. With senior experience in People Operations, Juhi has worked side by side with business and executive leaders to provide clear, practical HR solutions. She has led national, cross-functional teams and is known for her ability to align people strategies with operational needs.  

Juhi’s in-house experience spans a wide range of industries, including professional services, sport and recreation, healthcare, and FMCG. Her consultancy work extends to retail, technology, trades, fintech, insurance, NDIS and more. Whatever your industry or niche, Juhi likely has relevant or adjacent experience and is ready to assist you in all people matters.  

With extensive experience as a training facilitator, Juhi has a keen interest facilitating workplace training sessions for businesses, both in-person and virtually. She is passionate about tailoring her training content for each business, ensuring sessions are practical, interactive and engaging for all participants. Juhi’s specialist areas include transformative change, diversity, equity and inclusion, internal process optimisation, leadership coaching, training and facilitation, technology implementation, change management, and employee relations.

Based in Melbourne, Australia, she holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Financial Planning from RMIT (Melbourne), a Bachelor of Commerce in Sports Management & Finance from Deakin University, and a Diploma in Human Resources Management + Services from Vecci.
