Anti-Discrimination, Bullying, Harassment and EEO Policy

The Anti-Discrimination, Bullying, Harassment and EEO Policy sets out the expectations in the workplace in terms of anti-discrimination, bullying, harassment, and equal employment opportunity and outlines the process for handling any breaches of the Policy.   

The Policy aims to help foster a safe environment where workplace participants and others in the workplace are treated with respect, and are free from unlawful discrimination, harassment and vilification; create a workplace culture which is focused on equality and respect, which supports people to take bystander action; a safe and supportive complaints procedure; and ensure any workplace participants who make a complaint or take bystander action in response to inappropriate behaviour are protected from victimisation.
